7-Day Easy Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original Pakistan Pansar packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened packs of Herbal Powders or Wellness Herbs cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item (e.g., you ordered Cold-Pressed Oils but received something else), we will provide a 100% Free Replacement or a full refund. Please record a short video while unboxing to help us process your claim faster.
Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 working days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
